Really liked this last person that reviewed our problems. Shower issue appears to be resolved but he took note that the toilet was missing a nut and not secured properly.

Aaron from High Priority Plumbing came out to take a look at a possible leak. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the potential problem and what steps we needed to take to address it. He also helped by clearing several of our drains out. Aaron was great to work with and I highly recommend calling him if you have any plumbing needs.

We have used High Priority Plumbing several times through the years and have always been totally satisfied with their service. This time a toilet began to seep a little bit of water from the base. Naturally we wanted someone to come ASAP. We called High Priority and they were at our house within 3 hours! The service man did a beautiful job of repair and reinstall in just a couple of hours. High Priority is simply the best.

Workers are professional and courteous. They are on time and efficient! I would highly recommend them. I’ve had 2 experiences with them.

Our experience was not typical due to working through home warranty. An unexpected major issue came up during replacement, that would have caused us to be without hot water for almost a week. With a baby in the house, this was not going to work and Lee, Steven and the leadership at High Priority did just that, made us a high priority. They were able to provide us with a tankless water heater upgrade at no extra charge, install it quickly and efficiently that same day.

Kudos to everyone involved in this potentially bad situation. Keeping calm heads, they worked the problem and now have a customer for life, along with infinite referrals.

The service I received was addressed very promptly and professionally. First by making the call to schedule the service to the technician arriving at my door and fixing the issue very promptly and efficiently.

Steven was very helpful and made some good points on maintenance. Very professional as well.

Terry was great. Water heater went out on Tuesday, scheduled on Wednesday, fixed by Thursday. Will only use this company for plumbing work in the future.
