So I have a new problem and had a great experience with Anthony! He came out to assess an outdoor water leak and provide me with a quote. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue clearly. I really appreciated that he gave me several options and walked me through the possible outcomes of each one instead of making me feel pressured into one solution.

Anthony was professional, thorough, and easy to talk to, and the quote I received was very reasonable. I’m extremely happy with the service and would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone needing plumbing work or an honest, knowledgeable technician. Great customer service!

Had a busted pipe in front lawn wrapped around tree roots. Anthony came and his coworker came in and knocked it out. Cut the roots. Explained why it happened and what I really need I really need in the future. I’ll be calling them back anytime I need a repair.

Location Jacksonville FL. Morgan W. And his trainee was dispatched today for a sink draining issue. About 8 months ago another company came out and once I told the plumber today what they had used to unclog the sink it was laughable. They use a tool that was supposed to clean out hair from the tub. This is why I requested the office to make sure that the plumber they send out do not use that ridiculous tool. Morgan W. Came prepared with a bigger snake that is fitted for a sink drain and it basically went far out. He got to the appointment on time. Worked fast and very efficiently. They told me that they are “real plumbers” and I believed them. Thanks “High Priority Plumbing! I appreciate your hard work! Carson 💪
