Two weeks ago, I received various plumbing services from High Priority Plumbing, which based on my personal experience is a top tier company with top tier technicians, such as John Bourgeois and Devin Hufstetler.

From the very beginning, it was clear that John was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and hard-working. Additionally, it was obvious that he loves his profession, has a strong work ethic, and genuinely cares about the quality of the workmanship. Most importantly, John made sure to keep me informed and communicated in a way to help me understand each issue and the resolution.

Likewise, Devin and another team member were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and devoted to their profession. Most notably, they were true problem-solvers who wouldn’t stop until the issue was fully resolved. Lastly, Devin showed immense dedication by investigating every component of the system they worked on, to ensure a permanent solution.

Next, the office support staff was always professional, polite, and respectful, and went the extra mile to answer questions and provide accurate information.

In closing, I would definitely use this company again and recommend their services because they provided excellent customer service and truly care about customer satisfaction.
