I had a water heater spring a leak late Friday evening and immediately submitted a claim through American Home Shield. To my surprise, High Priority Plumbing called me Saturday morning and scheduled a technician to come out that same morning. Talk about a quick response!

Their automated system kept me informed and let me know that David would be our technician. David arrived, assessed the situation, and emailed me a detailed quote. He then called to explain exactly what needed to be done, what was and wasn’t covered by American Home Shield, and what upgrades were necessary to bring everything up to code. I really appreciated his transparency and professionalism.

I was comfortable with the pricing and approved the work. Once completed, David called and texted me pictures of the finished installation, and WOW! The workmanship was outstanding! He was extremely thorough, and I have to say, this was probably the cleanest and most professional water heater installation I’ve ever seen.

Huge kudos to David for his attention to detail and to High Priority Plumbing for their responsiveness, excellent communication, and availability on a Saturday. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that keeps you informed every step of the way and delivers quality work.
