I had a great experience with High Priority Plumbing! Michael and Anthony arrived earlier than expected and managed to complete the job ahead of schedule as well—which was greatly appreciated, especially when dealing with the stress of a burst pipe.

Both were extremely personable, knowledgeable, and professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done, did excellent work, and made an already stressful situation much easier to deal with. To top it all off, the price was very reasonable for the quality of service provided.

He represents the company so well and I hope this review is seen by someone who can make sure he knows how amazing of a worker he is. I’m giving High Priority Plumbing 5 stars because of our experience with Jacob. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to properly address the issue.
Unfortunately, our experience with the first two plumbers was disappointing. One seemed rushed and didn’t have enough time to thoroughly address the issue, while the other did not seem knowledgeable enough to properly handle the job.
Thankfully, Jacob completely turned our experience around. He explained everything, took his time, and made sure the job was handled properly. High Priority Plumbing definitely has an asset in Jacob, and I would absolutely request him again!

HPP has completed several plumbing jobs including replacing old iron collapsed pipes in my entire house to PVC pipes. And I have been completely satisfied with their work.
This company is prompt on calling you back and setting appointments for service as quickly as they can.
I highly recommend them to do any of your plumbing jobs!

I called High Priority Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon & Ryan Watkins arrived on that Friday morning. I chose them after reading their reviews online. He was scheduled to come btw 9 &12. He called me when he was 20 mins away & arrived shortly after 9AM. He was was here to find the source of a leak that occurred once & left no evidence. He was not able to find it, but not from lack of effort! He left no stone unturned & spent far more time than a typical service call. He provided options & costs & answered all my questions. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of our home. Today’s cost was very reasonable! I do not hesitate recommending High Priority Plumbing.
