From the first call to customer service to the technician Cody Williams who came out, this has been a 10 stars experience. I highly recommend this company and would use them again. Cannot comment on prices as this service was thru my home warranty company.

High Priority Plumbing was called by my home warranty company to.service a leaking water heater. It took just 2 days for someone to come out Joseph showed up and showed out. Instantly he knew the problem and gave me options on how to solve it. Replacing the 19yo heater was a no brainer but he did a tremendous job relaying information to the company. Getting all of my order for replacement, explaining the process and making sure I was ok with the process. Upon installation day 5 days later. No problem, Joseph returned days earlier than expected an immediately began working. Joseph was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Joseph kept me informed throughout the installation process and entertained several questions throughout his short installation process. I forgot how pleasant it was to have someone as professional as Joseph do an AWESOME JOB with no issues on the first try and very respectful of my property. Joseph gets the Highest Level of Respect and praise from me. Thanks Joseph for the Timely Awesome Service!

The plumber came out, with chit-chatted about the problem, he assessed and analyzed and then ordered the parts needed. The parts came, he returned, he fixed the issues – which was my bathroom faucet leaking – and then one other issues, before leaving.

The professionalism was top-tier.

Great service and communication throughtout the service. I dread when companys gives you timeframes for the arrival like for example: 8:00 am to 1:00pm. This hinders your whole morning until the afternoon. I called the company to see if they could add my phone number to ticket since the homeowner was working. I spoke to a friendly, well spoken agent named Rosa. Not only did she assure me she could, she actually contacted the technician Troy, and I was able to get his ETA. Troy was also very pleasant, well spoken, professional and well mannered. (I ain’t no spring chick so I appreciated the “ma’am”). Overall, the experience made me feel like “High Priority”.

I don’t normally take the time to write a long review, but when people take this much pride in their work, I believe they deserve to be recognized.

**Joe and James from High Priority Plumbing were absolutely outstanding.** From the moment they arrived at my home, they were professional, respectful, well-spoken, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. You could immediately tell that these are two men who take pride not only in doing the job correctly, but also in how they treat a customer and their home.

They came out to replace my hot water heater, and I was especially impressed with the care they took removing the old unit. Instead of simply dragging a heavy water heater through the house and hoping for the best, they carefully handled it, rested it properly, and **wrapped it in plastic before taking it out so that no water would spill inside my home. Not a drop of water was left behind.** That small detail says a lot about someone’s workmanship and respect for another person’s property.

Throughout the installation, Joe and James worked carefully, efficiently, and professionally. They treated my home as though it were their own. There was no unnecessary mess, no carelessness, and no rushing just to get to the next job. When they were finished, everything was clean and taken care of properly.

Good workmanship is important, but good character and customer service are just as important. Joe and James delivered all three.

Cody was our technician that came out to swap out our cartridge for our bathtub faucet. He did a good job communicating with us about the issue and resolving it. He even went out of his way to show me preventative measures of how to avoid any issues with our water system. Very appreciative of his work and assistance.
