My water bill kept increasing, and water was constantly pouring from a pipe on the side of my home. No one seemed to know what was causing the problem.

Nathaniel,came out and almost immediately identified the issue. I thought he would have to cut into several areas of my finished basement because the contractor had sealed over the pressure relief valve he needed to access. However, after listening for just a moment, he knew exactly where it had been covered.

With only one small cut, he located the valve and repaired the problem. I was absolutely elated!

His knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and patience with this homeowner were truly appreciated. Thank you, Nathaniel, for a job well done! ❤️

I had an excellent experience with High Priority Plumbing. My home warranty company, American Home Shield, dispatched them for a plumbing issue, and I was impressed from start to finish.

When I first called, the representative was extremely professional, courteous, and understanding. She even adjusted the schedule to ensure someone could come out the very same day, which I greatly appreciated.

Dustin was the technician who came to my home, and he was outstanding. He arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it efficiently. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly.

The level of customer service and quality workmanship I received was exceptional. It’s not often you find a company that is both responsive and committed to providing such a positive customer experience.
