Lawton, the technician, was absolutely wonderful. He arrived early. Accessed the issue thoroughly and completed the repairs in a timely manner. He was also patient with me and my ‘let me show you all the photos and video clips’ explanation of what had happened. In this high tech age, it’s great to find people who do great work and have excellent customer service. When he was done, he handed me his card and told me about the warranty should anything else come up.

I had a wonderful experience! Dawson was amazing and came right out during a plumbing emergency. The water would not stop slowing from a pin hole leak and soaked very towel in my house even with water off and all faucets on he rushed right over from Decatur straight to my house. He was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable! The price was fair and I will definitely use them again. I was also referred to them and was pleased with that decision!
