There was an issue with the hot water heater as it was leaking and created an issue with water throughout the Garage Floor. High Priority Plumbing was called and the technician (Jacob Williams) arrived to my home within an hour. This guy definitely possesses great interpersonal relationship customer service skills. It was extremely a pleasure having him as we were able to talk while he proceeded to correct the problem. High Priority Plumbing definitely received a thumbs as Jacob’s arrival in a timely manner and making the necessary repairs certainly must depict the mission of their business. Thank you again Jacob!

Mr. Darren from the Acworth location, for my AHS appt, he came and took care of 3 or 4 plumbing issues for me, I forgot to add 1 thing. He took a look at it anyway, it was an electrical issue instead and he could not help. But that it did not stop him form wanting to do the repair when I forgot to add it to my list. That is a Great Contractor in my book, not just a good contractor. Thank you Mr Darren, you are lucky to have him Priority Plumbing!!!***

He quickly found the issue with my garage disposal and fixed it. A great overall experience! I am unsure of the price of service because I used my home warranty service, which requires a $100 trade fee.
