Levi came over last week after a contractor error left us without water. He was thorough in his investigation of what needed to be done, walked us through each step and went above and beyond to get our service restored. He worked into the evening for us and then added us as an 8a stop the next day to get us functioning properly again. His demonstrated commitment to doing it right was so refreshing.
