I called High Priority Plumbing on a Wednesday afternoon & Ryan Watkins arrived on that Friday morning. I chose them after reading their reviews online. He was scheduled to come btw 9 &12. He called me when he was 20 mins away & arrived shortly after 9AM. He was was here to find the source of a leak that occurred once & left no evidence. He was not able to find it, but not from lack of effort! He left no stone unturned & spent far more time than a typical service call. He provided options & costs & answered all my questions. I found him to be knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of our home. Today’s cost was very reasonable! I do not hesitate recommending High Priority Plumbing.

I am very please with the service overall. The first assistance was good but I found myself wondering what really happen and not understanding the results. So I called back and spoke with Holly who confirmed what did happen which gave me comfort from the notes she read from the first helper. Thank you. Then today they sent Jordan who was patient and explained everything again and fixed what was missed. He also gave recommendation that I now will plan to save for and called back. Thank you
