I am beyond happy with the service I received from High Priority. I contacted them to service one of my real estate listings. We had received a quote from another company for an alarm repair that turned out to be unnecessary as it actually turned out to be an issue with the electrical outlet. They also pumped the tank for me at almost half the cost quoted by the other company. They were prompt, friendly and professional. I will highly recommend them in the future.

I have been having issues with the sewage/plumbing for months. Other vendors offered and charged me for short term solutions, only to end up with enough water damage for a home insurance claim. I utilized high priority’s services outside of insurance because they offered long term solutions at extremely fair pricing, while I was in a financial bind. I didn’t have to wait for service, even when it took me a few days to come up with the money. Ray & Wes were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I could tell they were from around here based on our conversations. I feel like I got my moneys worth and more with this company. It’s good to know we can still find reliable, honest business when things go bad.

High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. has serviced my home on a few occasions and provided on-time, quality, and professional plumbing services.

This company came out to fix a clog in my sink that had been there for over a month. There was so much back-and-forth between my home warranty and three other plumbing companies. The first company did not have the adequate equipment to deal with this clog. The second company was no longer working with my warranty and didn’t show up for two schedule appointments because of that lapse and communication and the third company came and didn’t even have their own equipment just had a shop vac and used my auger…. Chris is a lifesaver which is so funny because when we told him that he said he was a “pipe saver” lol. Really professional did everything quickly and I was really satisfied with his work and thankful that I can use my sink now he did refer me to accompany to check under the sink cabinet for mold because it had been going on for about a month. There was a lot of leaking because the plumber previous to him did not tighten the pipes the correct way I suppose. We put a bowl down and moisture absorbers but I’m thankful He referred us to help us with the mold
