It’s hard finding a plumber now a days that installs confidence in their ability to diagnose plumbing problems and repair the issues. Steven Benjamin identified the problem, explained in detail the issue and how to properly repair the leak hidden behind a wall. Diagnosing the cause of the problem involved persistence but Steven found the root of the problem and properly repaired the issue. I highly recommend Steven Benjamin.

“Excellent experience from start to finish! They called promptly to schedule my service request and even sent a reminder the day before my appointment. I loved that they sent a picture of the technician beforehand so I knew exactly who to expect. He arrived right on time and was incredibly professional and courteous. High Priority Plumbing did an excellent second opinion on a job that HERS AND HIS PLUMBING gave inaccurate diagnosis if problem with my water heater leaking anong many other than sending an untrained professional technician. Ray came and installed a pressure which cleared up the leaking of my water heater. He explained everything thoroughly. This was a American Home Shield Home warranty claim. Thanks Ray Bailes Sr, you are excellent.

We can’t speak highly enough of Stephen! He was here on a Thursday night until 6:30pm, couldn’t get our plumbing issue fixed because the roots from a tree had grown deep into the sewer pipes. We had to stay in a hotel because we couldn’t use water period! He came back the next day (Friday) and worked until 8:30pm to make sure we had working water to be able to stay home. What a God send he was and hope his company appreciates him as much as we do.
