Zach Cox gave advanced notice before arriving. He was very polite and even interacted very well with our dogs. He went straight to work, diagnosed the issue, formulated a solution and affected the repair. Zach then made sure the repair was complete, and in doing so found that the replacement unit was defective and had to make a round trip to get another one. We really appreciate his diligence in getting us up and running again without having to make that return call had he not been so diligent and skilled.

High Priority Plumbing provided excellent service. Jake was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain each step of the process during his visit. He did a great job keeping the area clean after checking the plumbing and discovered the issue was due to worn silicone around the drain, which he efficiently replaced with plumber’s sealant. Most importantly, thank you, Jake, for fixing Mom’s shower—she’s absolutely elated- and for recommending another company for the secondary issue due to water damage.

I had a main water line bust & they came out & hooked me up a temporary line until they could get approval from my property management company to do the job. They were out as soon as they received the approval & had the job completed that same day. They did a great job & their staff was very friendly.

Each time we have used Priority Plumbing, our issues have been taken care of. Murphy is very professional, friendly, answers questions, and helpful. Only have one issue with a toilet at the moment that wouldn’t leak while he was checking it. He flushed repeatedly and it did not leak for him. Isn’t that how it always goes with stuff. He assured me that if it happens again, take pics or video and the service call is good for next 30 days if he needs to come back. That was a relief. I would like to add, that scheduling went very smoothly each time as well. Very friendly. Thank you Priority Plumbing!!

I cannot say enough great things about Aaron R. — he is truly an exceptional plumber and a shining example of what outstanding customer service should look like. I was in dire need of help, and Aaron went above and beyond to make sure that my children and I had warm water again. From start to finish, he handled everything with such care, professionalism, and attention to detail that I immediately felt at ease.

What stood out the most was his genuine concern for our comfort and his patience in explaining each step along the way. He didn’t just fix the problem — he restored peace of mind to my household. It’s rare to encounter someone so dedicated, knowledgeable, and compassionate in their work.

Aaron deserves every bit of recognition for his excellence. He is the kind of team member that makes a company proud and keeps customers coming back. I sincerely hope his hard work and commitment are acknowledged — because he truly went above and beyond.

How much do your residential care plans cost?

Several factors go into the cost of residential plumbing service plans. For specific information about the right plan for your home, talk to the team at High Priority Plumbing.

What is the most common residential plumbing problem?

In the city, one of the most common residential plumbing problems is clogged drains. Clogged drains can occur in the kitchen, laundry room, or bathrooms in the home. They are often a result of various types of materials, including paper products, food, grease, oil, and other types of organic and inorganic things being disposed of through the sink or the toilet.

What are the warning signs my residential plumbing may need repairs?

Signs of problems with your residential plumbing service include toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs that are slow to drain. Bad odors from drains and fixtures are another common sign. Other signs can include mold on the walls or under sinks and fixtures, sudden increases in water bills, or signs of water pooling in the yard over water lines into or out of the home, particularly if you have a septic system.

What should be included in a service contract for a residential plumber

At High Priority Plumbing, we believe in transparency. Our quotes provide detailed information on the repairs or services provided, as well as information on our warranties for the work completed.

Which is better for running residential plumbing lines: Pex or PVC/CPVC?

For most new construction and plumbing system repairs and upgrades, PEX offers a better solution. If the repair requires connection to metal pipes in the home, including copper pipes, PEX is the best possible choice.
