Had an issue with my disposal and was able to get a same day appointment. If it was possible to give 10 stars, Murphy from high priority plumbing would get it. He is very professional, knowledgeable and most of all honest with his recommendations. I would recommend high priority to anyone looking for plumbing needs

I just wanted to say thanks to High Priority plumbing for sending Thomas Leonard out to my home. Thomas is very professional and detailed. He truly has mastered his craft at being an excellent plumber. He’s truly an asset to your company.

Well let’s start by saying I tried to go about fixing our shower valve leak myself… our shower valve started leaking only when the shower was running, when filling the tub it didn’t leak. Well I went to a big box store to find the part with pictures I took. The gentleman there said I needed to remove the valve stem in order to get the right part. Of course there were no markings or any numbers on the old one to identify what brand(cheap builder grade). In an attempt to disassemble the valve from the shower side I twisted the small lines to a point of no repair. Had my girlfriend find a plumber to replace our shower valve, she called High Priority. They scheduled an appointment between 9am-12pm. The service technician showed up early, introduced himself as Nick Thompson. Nick was friendly and courteous, very professional and knowledgeable as well. Nick knew his stuff, for that I can truly appreciate that in a person that enters my home as I entrust him to do the job right. 5+stars for High Priority and 5+star for Nick Thompson… I Don’t do to many reviews, but when I get excellent service I do show my appreciation…

High Priority were the best service I’ve ever experienced…Seriously I mean that with Plumbing, electrical, Hvac, everyone…As long as I can remember—This was the best service I’ve received. Schedule appt and stuck to it.

Jacob was so amazing!!!He went over and beyond to fix my leak, he was very pleasant , had a smile on his face, very caring ,very detailed when explaining to me what he was doing, even the young lady that contacted me about the appointment, was so friendly, and she also broke each step down for me . I had a water leak and the water company advised that it was on me. I was panicked because I just saw money coming out at a time when money is tight. I called my warranty company and they assigned High Priorty Pluming and Service to me. Murphy came to my home and I must say that he was so patient with me. He explained the possibilties of the issue and he reassured me that he would handle the job. He called a co-worker, Jason, to help complete the job the same day and again, I was met with patience and kindness. The service wasn’t covered by my warranty but the repair was very reasonable. Murphy and Jason were wonderful and because of their service, I will call on High Priority with or without a warranty.

They have been super quick with their responses. They also send regular notifications on appointment with technician name and pictures and all.
