Jake V has come to my house for several situations. He is friendly, kind, efficient, and explains what he is doing and why. If you have to have plumbing done, High Priority is a good call.

Dustin was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough with the service he provided. He also gave me recommendations on plumbing parts I may need in the future.

Our plumber, Justin, was absolutely amazing. He was timely, professional and delivered service above and beyond what we expected. He was able to complete our job with minimal disruption to our home life and got our bathroom up and running in less time than we anticipated. If I ever need any more plumbing work, he will be my first call.

Michael, plumbing technician, has excellent plumbing skills. He is personal and followed the repair job from beginning to end. He provided the leak repair estimate and provided guidance on mitigation professionals. AHS could not cover the repair; so my home insurance became involved as High Priority Plumbing kept the ticket open. The CSR staff were excellent and maintained contact by text and email. Thanks to Michael, my home had running water a few hours before Thanksgiving Day. I am very pleased with the repair, service and technician. I Highly recommend.

Devin Hufstetler is by far the best technician I’ve ever had. I’ve interacted with him three times now, and he truly takes pride in doing things the RIGHT way. He’s excellent at his job—an exceptional human being who carries himself with honesty, professionalism, and a level of kindness that’s truly rare. His genuine care and respect for his customers set him apart.

Although my issue will require additional work, Devin did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the next steps clearly. I will continue to ask for Devin and High Priority for all my plumbing needs.
