We had Eric and John come out today to look at and re-pipe our water heater. Great experience! They both were friendly and very knowledgeable, and they got us hooked back up quickly. It looks great!

Aaron notified me before arriving and was punctual. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took time to answer my many questions. He worked hard at locating the problem and explaining and sent me an estimate within an hour.

Technician was very professional, identified a leak that was not easily detected, & repaired the leak. Outstanding job!!! 100% satisfied customer!!!

Jacob, the technician, was very knowledgeable, professional and proficient. My hot water heater went out and they had to order parts. They gave it a priority so that I would not have to be without hot water for long. I appreciate their timeliness and consideration.

High Priority Plumbing is the way to go! Raymond came out 20 minutes early, diagnosed the problem within minutes, fixed the issue in no time and got our plumbing running good as new! Couldn’t recommend them enough. Kind, quality service. 10/10!

Zach Cox gave advanced notice before arriving. He was very polite and even interacted very well with our dogs. He went straight to work, diagnosed the issue, formulated a solution and affected the repair. Zach then made sure the repair was complete, and in doing so found that the replacement unit was defective and had to make a round trip to get another one. We really appreciate his diligence in getting us up and running again without having to make that return call had he not been so diligent and skilled.
