I used High Priority to help find the source of a leak. I’m very thankful that High Priority sent Devin to assist. When Devin came to my home, he told me how he usually troubleshoots in order to determine the source of a leak. He also told me some of the steps had he already taken before entering my home. Devin then went to each faucet and toilet of my home and very carefully figured out the source(s) of the leak. What I appreciate the most about Devin was his willingness to explain (and sometimes re-explain) how to identify the source(s) of a leak and how to fix the issue(s). He even showed me how to replace a flapper. I’m really grateful for Devin’s service today (02/16/2026). He did a sterling job!

Darin was sent to me by American Home Shield. He was a very pleasant and engaging man. He addressed each one of my issues and explained what was needed, and he educated me on some things I could do to prevent the issue from reoccurring! With no hesitation, I give Darin 5 stars!

Our third service from High Priority Plumbing and another excellent experience.  Bradley Burns showed up as scheduled, notifying us he was on the way.   He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in quickly.  He was professional, efficient and personable.  High Priority is our go  to plumbing provider.

Aaron Robinson did a fantastic job today installing a new water heater and the company was always very friendly on the phone to schedule service and billing. Thank you for a great job done!!

Jetted tub motor was replaced by John and Steven and they did a excellent job.
