On Friday June 28 High Priority Plumbing was dispatched to come to m house for a plumbing problem. I had a leak in a toilet in a guest bathroom. The plumber who came to my house Troy Jackson was excellent. He was on time, in fact even before what my scheduled time slots was. Once at my house he looked at the situation, checked and immediately could see what the problem was just from the little drip and leak coming from the toilet tank. He quickly diagnosed the problem, then went out to the truck to get a part from the truck and he exchanged and put the new part in the toilet tank so the flapper would keep the water in the tank when it was flushed . i also had some questions as to the amount of water that i had all over the floor when I suddenly noticed that there was a problem and he answered all of my questions and provided me with some plumbing knowledge. I was wondering if just with the small little drip if it would have almost emptied the toilet tank. Troy was professional, extremely knowledgeable and the whole time for it to be fixed was not long. American Homeshield who i have a home warranty with dispatched High Priority Plumbing to fix the problem and if i have another plumbing problem, I will certainly ask to have Troy and High Priority Plumbing to come to my house again. I was very pleased with the plumber that was sent as well as how quickly the business responded to take care of my plumbing needs. It is clear that Troy is focused on providing excellent Customer service in a quick professional manner.

Very professional team. Provided a courtesy check on our other hot water system, just to be sure it was not failing. Turns out it was dead and needs replacement. Great follow policy to ensure the work is done well. First time using them, and it was worth the call.

I cant say enough great things about this company! I had a bad water leak coming into my house from the main line leading into the house that caused some flooding in my office/basement. Mathew and Clarissa came out same day, found the problem and fixed it right away! They were on time and extremely professional. If you have ANY plumbing needs, these guys will take care of you!
