This is the second time I’ve had high priority out for service. I specifically requested them through American Home Shield. They never disappoint. Jace was my repair man and he did an excellent job. Usually with a home warranty service, you get inferior service from companies that try and add services that you don’t need. High priority is a honest company with great values and quality service. Thank you High priority for Frank and Cody! Being a septic tank owner for the first time is scary! Thank you for educating me on septic tanks. I can now sleep at night.. There was a plumming company trying to charge me thousands dollars for something that did not need to be done. Hi Priority made me a priority and saved me thousands of dollars with their honesty. It only cost me 150.00 to remedy the situation which the other company wanted to charge 13,000! This was my second time using high priority and both times Cody was the plumber who came out. This time I called them Monday morning and Cody was at my house that afternoon to fix a bursted pipe in the ceiling. He came in, assessed the situation and repaired it in less than 90 minutes.

Cody is very professional, informative and knowledgeable. I have never had a problem with High Priority and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
